One of China's most famous Oolong teas, our Iron Goddess (of Mercy) Tea is from the Anxi province. Each leaf resembles a tiny piece of green jade. The dark lightly oxidised green leaves are rolled into tight fists and it is processed in accordance with the traditional Iron Goddess tea making techniques. This traditional process gives a tea that has a lightly roasted, rich, fruity, charming orchid fragrance and taste.
When brewed the honey and orchid fragrance gives way to a light, sweet, sugar taste with a smooth texture to the tongue.
