The fragrance smelling cup is intended to capture the aroma and essence of the brewed tea and the taster cup helps the liquor to cool and allows its aromas to be fully appreciated.
- - Pour the tea liquid into the aroma cup.
- - Place the taster cup upside down upon the aroma cup.
- - Hold the cups together, quickly reverse them (aroma cup upside down upon the tasting cup).
- - Lift up the aroma cup and reverse it again after the tea liquid drained away.
- - Hold the aroma cup with your two hands, close to your nose, and smell the fragrance
