Returns & Replacement
Abbey Tea is confident that you will enjoy whatever you buy from us. But if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your purchase in its original condition within seven days, for a refund (excluding delivery charges). Please email us if you wish to return goods.
In the unlikely event you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please email us for instruction on how to return the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, Abbey Tea will issue a full refund or send replacement as agreed with you.
